National Auto Glass holds the E Mark certification, which is the premium quality assurance mark in the International Automotive glass world today.
The E Mark is the ONLY safety mark that is accepted universally and National Auto Glass is one of only two South African manufacturers to have received this accreditation.
National Auto Glass undergoes a rigorous annual audit by the Finnish accreditation agency, VTT, to maintain the E Mark accreditation.
Unique to the E Mark accreditation is the added inspection of the optical quality and clarity of the windscreen together with the mechanical integrity whereas, as the other inspection authorities only inspect and check for mechanical integrity.

National Auto Glass is also accedited by the United States Government Department of Transport DOT certification as manufacturer of approved Laminated Safety Auto Glass, a mark that is internationally recognized.

National Auto Glass manufactures windscreens for the Automotive Replacement Glass (ARG) market in Southern Africa in it's factory in Meadowdale, Johannesburg.

National Auto Glass manufactures shatterproof laminated safety glass windscreens and every windscreen is clearly marked accordingly, together with it's logo, for complete quality assurance and traceability.

Although the main focus is on the ARG market, National Auto Glass is recognized as an original equipment (OE) supplier to some of the local motor vehicle manufacturers.

All National Auto Glass products are manufactured to the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) safety standards.
 
National Auto Glass holds the SABS 1191:2005 permit for the manufacture of High Penetration-Resistance Safety Glass for vehicles.
