Services
Windscreen Clear
National Auto Glass and its dealers are able to offer the following services in the insurance industry and its clients:

  1. Comprehensive service to clients, by providing an efficient and comprehensive administration service and quality fitment.
  2. SABS approved quality automotive glass, laminated and toughened, manufactured by National Auto Glass or an approved alternative when necessary.
  3. Many of our dealers also undertake architectural, residential, commercial and industrial building glass replacement services.
  4. Quality dealers throughout Southern Africa. These dealerships are mostly owner operated and offer superior service.
  5. A full range of services, including replacement, chip repairs, vehicle checks, etc.
  6. Comptetitive pricing. As our company is independant and autonomous, price increases for automotive glass are contained to a minimum.
  7. Central billing according to your requirements. Our system is unique in that our records are kept in policy number / claim number sequence to prevent duplicate claims.
  8. An 0800 453 000 number to insurance customers. This number is manned 24/7 and the dealers are able to deal with most after hours emergencies.
  9. The insurer will at all times retain the right to decide which of our dealers are allowed to effect repairs to policy holders' vehicles
  10. All our dealers have mobile fitting units and can fit and repair wherever the customer prefers.

Dealers
Windscreen Installation
Our dealers fit our products throughout South Africa, as well as neighbouring countries. Dealers are selected according to strict parameters including quality of management, facilities, staff training and skill, equipment, location and business acumen.

All dealers have to subscribe to a code of conduct and are accountable to National Auto Glass at all times. Dealers have to comply with regulations and quality standards in order to remain on our dealer locator list, so they may be able to fit our products and undertake authorized insurance work.

Dealers are also well-known to the insurance companies in their individual capacity, accepted as repectable members of the business community and have given stirling service for up to 30 years in some cases.

We currently have around 130 dealers country-wide, creating and efficient network to service our clients.
